Position Specification

Responsibilities
We are looking for someone in a supporting role to HR leadership but also a people’s champion with strong sense of leadership and responsibility. Someone who has the ability to balance people’s needs and organizational performance while aligning with the values of the organization.
You will work in the following areas, with HR leadership:
- Learn about HR regulations and processes in new jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance in HR processes for multiple jurisdictions is followed
- Assisting with Contract Management (proper documentation and upkeeping of all agreements, contracts and their renewals on time) for multiple jurisdictions
- Working with in-house counsel to vet, draft, execute and register HR agreements
- End to end recruitment
- Background verification
- On-boarding agreements and processes
- Conduct initial orientation and software training for newly hired employees
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Qualification
- Resident of Philippines
- Citizen of Philippines
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following: Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources
- MBA or an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources
- 5+ years experience in a Human Resources position
- Relevant experience in a regional or global multi-national corporation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of common global employment legislation and regulations standards
- Must be familiar with, and adept at using technology
- Familiar with operating in an Apple environment on both Desktop and Mobile, utilizing native Apple software – Pages(Word Processor), Numbers(Spreadsheet), Keynote(Presentation), is a plus
- Must be able to travel locally or internationally as required.
