Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who has a good grasp of compliance to champion documentation and compliance.

  • Proficient in writing standard operating procedures for new processes and procedure documents.
  • Creating User manuals, Release notes, Installation guides, Presentations, Cheat-sheets and How-Tos
  • Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the processes and the content requirements
  • Coordination with design team for photography of parts/processes for documentation and manual writing as necessary.
  • Developing high impact communication collaterals for internal audience
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  • Review and update the existing content
  • Enforce compliance by monitoring all appropriate areas
  • Any other relevant work that may be assigned

Qualification and Experience

  • M.A in English
  • 2-5 years of technical content writing
  • Must be a self-learner, demonstrate high learning curve, and potential to accept and work on the various challenges associated with the job profile.
  • Should possess excellent written communication skills with proficiency in composition, proofreading, and grammar.
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of documentation
  • Ability to transform information and processes into compelling stories
  • Should be able to write grammatically correct and meaningful content
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Strong Research Skills
