Role Summary

The Manufacturing and Quality Lead is responsible for transferring, stabilizing, and scaling certified burner manufacturing operations to India. This role owns process integrity, supplier quality, assembly standardization, testing protocols, and certification continuity.

This is a hands on leadership role. The individual must be equally comfortable on the shop floor and in documentation reviews.

The primary objective is simple: replicate and protect the product standard currently achieved in Toronto, without quality drift.

Key Responsibilities

Process Transfer and Standardization

  • Translate existing Canadian assembly and testing processes into Indian SOPs
  • Develop clear work instructions with photos, tolerances, torque values, gas pressure parameters,
    and inspection checkpoints
  • Design and implement assembly jigs and fixtures to eliminate variability
  • Establish controlled testing platforms consistent with certification requirements
  • Define storage segregation standards for components and finished goods

Quality Systems and Certification
