Market Research & Operations Associate – Trivandrum, Kerala (In-office job)

Nisje is a collaborative company built on the philosophy that people come first. We believe that engaging with people as humans—not just as roles or resources—is the cornerstone of meaningful work. With global operations spanning decades and multiple continents, we invest in nurturing creative, curious, and courageous individuals to thrive in thoughtful, conscientious workplaces.

Much of our work is closely connected to design-forward, premium lifestyle brands that are globally recognized for their craftsmanship, aesthetic clarity, and restraint.
