Position Specification

Your role will breathe life and champion the human experience for every stakeholder encounter. This role is for our future Mindfulness unit leader. You are a certified Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapist and a certified Psychologist, which leads you to have a well-developed understanding of psychology and mindfulness. This translates to actively providing holistic guidance, as you realize that corporate environments have a dire lack of compassion towards their people. This opportunity allows the right individual to address human sentiment through mindful guidance while having the opportunity to continue learning.

We are looking for someone with a deep appreciation and practice of mindfulness, with a good grasp of psychology.

You are well-versed in the following:

Responsibilities

You will thoughtfully map, and your hand will shape, guide, execute and manage strategies for well-being. This position combines individual counselling sessions, delivery of workshops, group activities, and content creation and oversees end-to-end wellness. You are the champion for well-being through mindfulness.

DESIGN :

  • Engage in designing, facilitating and collaborating for in-house events.
  • Go beyond the clinical aspect of therapy, and work with our Content, Research, Events and Social Media teams.
  • Develop roadmaps in communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, caregiver training, play, and recreational skills.
  • Design and revise plans of care and goals.
  • Create help and self-help modules.
  • Facilitate therapeutic activity groups, not limited to: • Art• Music• Writing• Mindfulness practices • Restorative practices • Games
  • Design and implement interventions/recommendations/coordinated services and outreach in a culturally responsive manner.

RESEARCH :

  • Collect and analyze data and research material for various ongoing initiatives.
  • Research and maintain relevance with respect to information related to mental health, well-being and corporate wellness initiatives
  • Collect and aggregate appropriate data to improve socio-emotional, behavioural and effective outcomes.
  • Research, coordinate and handoff to support services in assisting stakeholders in finding the resources or services needed beyond what the organization can provide.

GUIDE :

  • Ensure the mental well-being of all stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Resident of India
  • Citizen of India
  • Certificate in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy
  • Post Graduate Degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology

Experience

  • At least 4 years of relevant hands-on experience with mindfulness
  • At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience with psychology
  • Basic Knowledge of content creation.
  • Highly proficient in the delivery of awareness and activity-based sessions
