- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimisation methods and how to implement them effectively.
- Experience driving “relevant” organic web traffic to client websites.

Responsibilities
VISION :
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the SEO division, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in search engine algorithms to inform strategic direction.
ACHIEVE :
- Drive the execution of SEO campaigns, ensuring the delivery of measurable results that align with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
STRATEGY :
- Formulate comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the needs of clients and partners, taking into account factors such as target audience, business KPIs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and optimize online visibility across diverse geographies.
GUIDE :
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualification
- A resident of India
- Citizen of India
- Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Business or Marketing, with a preference for a Master’s degree
- Professional SEO and SEM Certification
- Proven work experience of 5+ in an agency:
- Successfully leading teams
- Developing and Executing SEO campaigns
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for clients from the US, Canada, or Europe.
- Deep knowledge of SEO trends, strategies, and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of technical aspects of SEO, content marketing, and search techniques
- Extensive knowledge of an array of analytic tools such as Ahref, SEMRush, Search Console, Data Studio, Moz, Google Analytics 4, etc.
- Demonstrate critical thinking in engaging with content creation, where you must be able to lead discussions toward supporting your decisions and solutions.
- Must be familiar with and adept at using technology. Familiarity with operating in an Apple environment on both Desktop and Mobile and experience using native Apple software — Pages (Word Processor), Numbers (Spreadsheet), Keynote (Presentation) — will be an added advantage
